Meta releases open-source Muse Gadgets SDKs and firmware for custom hardware
Editorial Analysis
Meta published open-source ESP32 and Linux Device SDKs plus firmware under Apache 2.0, enabling developers to build custom hardware that connects to its Muse personal AI agent. Examples include Raspberry Pi integrations, e-ink displays, touch screens and home-network devices. Meta is also offering free Muse Home Link units to US subscribers. This expands Muse from software-only into physical, user-built gadgets.
