OpenAI rolls out GPT-6 with Intelligent UI to all ChatGPT users

OpenAI began global rollout of GPT-6 models in ChatGPT on October 7 for paid tiers and October 8 for free tiers, introducing Intelligent UI that embeds interactive elements such as charts, buttons, forms and tools directly in responses. This extends frontier model access and multimodal interaction capabilities to more than 1.2 billion weekly users. The change materially expands practical deployment of advanced AI interfaces beyond prior paid-only availability.
