xAI released Grok Voice 3.0, a speech-to-speech model available in its Voice Agent API at the same $0.08 per minute price as the prior version. Independent testing by Artificial Analysis ranked it first on the Speech-to-Speech Index at 86.9, ahead of comparable OpenAI and Google systems. The model powers production voice agents at Tesla and Starlink support operations.
