Anarock projects India’s data centre capacity to exceed 101 million sq ft by 2030

An Anarock Capital report forecasts India’s data centre footprint will grow from nearly 27 million sq ft in the first half of 2026 to more than 101 million sq ft by 2030, supported by over $300 billion in investment commitments. AI adoption, particularly inference workloads, is identified as a major demand driver. Mumbai-MMR remains the largest market, with Chennai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad emerging as key clusters.
