Antitrust lawsuit targets OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and SpaceXAI over slowdown calls

A federal lawsuit filed in the Northern District of California alleges that public statements by executives of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and SpaceXAI supporting industry-wide pacing of frontier AI development constituted an illegal agreement to restrain competition under the Sherman Act.
