Cursor launches Origin code hosting in early beta for paid plans

Cursor introduced Origin, its own code-hosting platform, rolling out in early beta to paid plans. Origin supports creating and hosting repositories, GitHub sync and mirroring, pull requests with two-way sync, code browsing and search, and direct integration with Cursor agents so code, PRs and agents live in the same environment. Integrations with Vercel, Depot and Buildkite are available, with agent-native features planned. The product positions Cursor as both an AI coding tool and a git forge optimized for agent-scale workflows.
