HP and Sarvam AI sign MoU for voice-first AI on PCs in India

HP and Indian AI company Sarvam signed a memorandum of understanding to integrate Sarvam’s voice and language capabilities into HP devices at scale in India. The initial focus is Kivi, a voice application supporting more than 22 Indian languages with code-switching, enabling users to dictate, draft content, search, and interact with existing applications via speech. The partnership aims to make PCs more accessible and natural for multilingual users and is intended to expand beyond voice over time.
