IBM unveils 0.7-nanometer chip technology for AI

IBM announced the world's first 0.7-nanometer (7 angstrom) chip technology using a nanostack architecture, promising nearly double transistor density, up to 50% higher performance or 70% better energy efficiency compared to its 2nm design.
